After 30 years in the Real Estate Industry, one could say that I am a “veteran”. I learned about escrow services while working for Stewart Title. But, what I have always liked best -is helping folks with their real estate related needs.

Over the last 20+ years, I have accomplished that goal by working in Real Estate Lending as a Loan Officer working with first time buyers and Million Dollar homes.

1. Working with the niche market of Buyers and Sellers having interests in Vineyard Lifestyles or Vineyard Properties;

• Wine making
• Buying in a wine country setting or living a vineyard lifestyle
• Land or home purchase of vineyard properties or suitable for vineyards in Placer County.
• Our own vineyard planning, planting, maintenance and wine making background of 25 years provides the basis and ability to assist our customers to identify their purchase for the vineyard lifestyle or the home winery.

2. My lending background also provides valuable insight and assistance to First Time Home Buyers in securing the best financing:

• Low or no down payment
• Down Payment Assistance
• Energy Efficient home improvement Grants
• Federal Income Tax Credits (only available to 1st Time Buyers)

These goals notwithstanding, the day-to-day practical practice of normal real estate sales are of course a reasonable part of my business plan.
